Second Glance Delivery & Returns


  • Standard delivery to UK postal addresses is just £2.95 or FREE if you spend £10 or more.
  • We use Royal Mail to fulfil our delivery requirements. We have a collection every working day so for UK orders you can expect your purchase to be with you within 3-5 working days.
  • All orders are tracked and we can provide you with the tracking number, which will be updated when a delivery attempt is made. They are sent on the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Shipping Service.

International Orders

  • We are not currently shipping outside the UK but this is something we will be adding soon so anyone looking to have Second Glance Cosmetics products shipped outside the UK please follow our Social Media Feeds and we will let you know when we start to offer this service.

Returns Policy

  • We offer a NO quibble returns policy on all items within 7 days of receipt; however returns for our items as they are cosmetic items are not permitted unless they are sealed and unopened for hygiene and security reasons.
  • For all other returns we will replace or refund the cost of the product (excluding P&P) to you upon receipt of the returned items.
  • If your parcel is returned to us by our couriers we will notify you and issue you with a full refund. Please note that we cannot process any claims after 7 working days. Therefore you must notify us within 7 working days for any items that have not been received.
  • All returned items must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, i.e. in their original, unopened packaging and in a saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item received has been incorrectly sent, described or damaged in which case a FULL refund will be given including postage and packaging costs. We recommend you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us or get lost in the post.
  • Once your item is returned to us we will process your refund or exchange immediately. If you have a problem with a delivered item including damages you must send us an e-mail to within 24 hours of the receipt of your goods and let us know your concerns. We will then be able to assist you as in some cases a return may not be required. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
